The information below explains how liberation-Express, operated by Redcap B.V., Hauptstrasse 41, 21266 Jesteburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “liberation-Express”, “we”, or “us”) handle your data. Naturally, we work with our users in order to protect their privacy. Below is a complete explanation of what information liberation-Express collects, how it is used and how it can be viewed, modified or deleted by the data subject. Unless otherwise stipulated, the use of all personal data that we store and use for our users is subject to this data privacy statement.

2. Controller

All personal data collected by us is collected, used and processed by lRedcap B.V. represented by its managing director Mahena Arsenio Joao. We are committed to the safety and protection of all personal data. Therefore, we comply to the fullest extent with all provisions of the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. What data does liberation-Express collect and store?

1. All access to our website under www.test-express and all views of a file on our website are logged. Storage is used for internal, system-related and statistical purposes. The following is logged: name of the file viewed, date and time viewed, data volume transmitted, reports on successful access, web browsers and requesting domain. We also collect and store certain information such as the IP address, browser type and access time that the user's computer sends to us automatically. CliniGo can store this information in anonymous form. It helps us understand the navigation patterns of our users. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (1) f) GDPR in order to display the website in general. You can also use various services on our website that – only with your separate consent – process other personal and non-personal data, listed below. 2. When you register as a user on www.liberation-express.de, the following data is stored on you: Your first name, surname, street address, postal code and town/city. Your date of birth, e-mail address and mobile number, your gender and your national ID number. When you pay for an expert opinion, we also store the e-mail address that you used to make a payment via the payment service provider.

5. Cookies

liberation-Express does not use cookies. Cookies are small files (alphanumeric identification characters) on your computer that can store information provided during your website visits. They are sent by the web browser to the computer’s hard drive. Cookies cannot send information from a computer. Rather, when a customer visits a website again, they help to make this visit as convenient and efficient as possible.

6. What does liberation-Express do with the data it collects?

We use your personal data only to provide you with a secure, effective and customised service on our website. The personal data on file is deleted once you revoke your consent to data storage, if this data is no longer required to meet the purposes of storage or if storage is not permitted (any longer) for other legal reasons.

7. Does liberation-Express share the data it receives?

liberation-Express does not share your data with other companies (third parties) for marketing purposes. Information may be sent to third parties in the following cases: • If you buy one of our products and decide to pay via credit card, we send your contact information to our payment services provider. (See No. 9) • Protection of the liberation-Express website, other users and other third parties: If needed to determine misuse of the liberation-Express website or for prosecution purposes, personal data is sent to the law enforcement agencies and any third parties who have incurred damage. However, this will occur only if liberation-Express has more specific indications of illegal conduct or misuse. • Legal obligations: liberation-Express is also required by law to provide certain authorities with information upon request. 9. Integration of Novalnet / Full payment service provider

The controller in charge of processing has integrated components of Novalnet AG into this website. Novalnet AG is a full payment service provider which handles payment processing, among other things. If the data subject selects a payment method during the order process in our online shop, data of this person are sent automatically to Novalnet AG. By choosing a payment option, the data subject agrees to the transmission of personal data for the purposes of payment. As a rule, the personal data sent to Novalnet include the first name, surname, address, gender, e-mail address, IP address and possibly date of birth, tel. no., mobile no. and other data as required for payment processing. The conclusion of a purchase contract also requires personal data that relate to the respective order. This includes, but is not limited to, the exchange of payment information such as bank details, card number, expiry date and CVC code, data on goods and services, and prices. Data transmission is intended in particular for verification of identity, payment administration and fraud prevention. The controller will transmit personal data to Novalnet AG particularly if there is a legitimate interest in transmission. The personal data exchanged between Novalnet AG and the controller may be sent by Novalnet AG to credit agencies. This transmission is for the purposes of verifying identity and creditworthiness. Novalnet AG will also share the personal data with service providers or subcontractors if so required to fulfil the contractual obligations or if the data must be processed. The data subject has the option to revoke consent for the handling of personal data at any time with Novalnet AG. This will have no effect on personal data that must be processed, used or transmitted for (contractual) payment processing.
